Once upon a time my companion ironed my shirt for me and I didn't notice until putting on a different one and in the middle of my study so I put that one on too so he wouldn't feel bad
A feast we grilled up today
I have had a great week, I always get to this point and don't know what to say haha. At the beginning of the mission, about 5 months ago, I was always searching for quirky things to send home to get a good laugh. I suppose that these days I am still enjoying laughs every day, just that I'm distracted by too many other things, and one thing in particular. A b o a t. I have been praying and studying with all my heart recently so that I might be able to reach my potential during this precious time. That I might be able to do everything the Lord desires me to accomplish. I've been able to receive guidance and direction. I have received my own boat to build, just like Nephi was commanded to build a boat. Every moment of every day I am thinking about the boat, how to build it, how to progress. I know that it must be done the Lord's way. I have the full trust and calmness that it will get built, according to my faith, diligence and works. It is a lot of fun to submit yourself to the will of the Lord! I love you all! Don't forget to love, share and invite always <3

Alright so Monday we traveled to Montevideo in the night and slept at a place we would always prepare for the missionaries when I was in the office so it was fun to be on the other side. Tuesday was one of the most special days of my time in the mission. My companion was able to enter the temple for the first time to receive the endowment. I was able to accompany him and his family! It was very distinct and special for me this time around. I have learned and changed a lot since the last time I had gone to the temple, so I feel very very grateful for what I was able to remember, understand, and feel. The Lord visits His temples and they are literally Heaven on earth. It was also my first time walking through the doors of the Uruguay temple. That night we slept the first half of the night locked up in a church because some things came up and the office missionaries didn't get back until later that night so we turned off the lights and snuggled up in some chairs and went to sleep. Loved it. We did exchanges with some Elders from the zone and I slept in a cold corner next to the bathroom door. Loved it. Had another in person mission conference which was great. My first conference after leaving the office so it was fun! I feel like how when after working fast food I got to gain more respect and empathy, it's the same. Then we had a great experience on Saturday with the baptism of our friend Victor! He has overcome a very difficult past of addictions and now he is really happy and fun to laugh with. It has been a great week and I am very happy! I am working with a lot of urgency to be able to hit the potential that we are all given!
