I feel like I should actually say something this time around. I don't remember who all is on my email list, but I do know that I love each one of you! I am grateful that you have been on my list during my time in the mission. I assume this will be my second to last email home. Next week I'll have more pictures to share but after that it'll probably just be inviting everyone to come visit me or to attend my homecoming! I feel very blessed to wear Christ's name on my chest, and I am calm knowing that it will forever be on my heart. This past transfer has been pretty interesting! The Lord has taught me a lot in these past few weeks, I'm doing my best to be like the Savior and to do the will of the Father just like He did. I am very happy for everything I have witnessed in this time, for the change and the changes. This next week will be pretty bittersweet for me, as next Tuesday I'll be saying goodbye to this area to get ready for my departure, and then having to say goodbye to this people, culture, and country. We are working hard to work hard and trusting in the Lord and what He sees convenient for us and our wards. I hope everyone is well, pray with me in my last 8 days or so of ministering as a set apart missionary!
Elder Zac Jerman accepted a call to serve as a full time missionary in the Uruguay, Montevideo Mission. He spent 5 weeks at the Mexico MTC (CCM) learning Spanish and then will spend the rest of the 2 years serving and teaching the people in Uruguay. UPDATE - Covid 19 brought him home for 5 weeks then he was reassigned to the Georgia, Atlanta North Mission. He served in Lilburn, Georgia for 8 months then got to fly back to Uruguay in December. WOW! "It's A Great Day, in Uruguay"!

Does anyone else remember when I used to write letters, crazy times!
Mom's note - I learned from Zac there are 47 missionaries currently serving in his mission in Montevideo, Uruguay. He is the last American and will finish Nov. 4th. A group of 25 Missionaries (those called but re-assigned for the last several months to 1 1/2 years) are currently finishing up Visas and preparing to fly out Nov. 4th. Then another group of 25 a few weeks later. The borders are opening Nov. 1st which will allow the mission to double in size! He is working hard for the strong finish. Less than a month now!
Pretty pictures
